Tasty Tuesday - Swirled Mint Ice Cream Dessert


Oreo Cookie pie crust

10 oz. swirled semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 Qt. Chocolate Chip mint ice cream

Chocolate syrup



  1. Sprinkle one cup chocolate chips into pie crust

  2. Spread Ice cream into pie crust, smoothing out with a knife or spatula

  3. sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over ice cream & press lightly

  4. Place in freezer for 2 hours

  5. To serve - let sit for 5 minutes, cut & drizzle cut pieces with chocolate syrup.

You could use any kind of combination of cookies, candies, & ice cream with this recipe! What a delicious summer treat!
