This is a very easy recipe that is good for breakfast or dessert!
Ingredients -
2 packages of refrigerated biscuits
1/3 C. butter
1 T. cinnamon
1/3 C. sugar
2-3 medium apples
- Melt butter
- Combine cinnamon & sugar
- Separate biscuits
- Dip biscuits in butter & then in cin./sugar mixture.
- Place biscuits in a dish (I use a pie dish) in a circular pattern, overlapping each other
- Peel & slice apples, placing them in between the biscuits.
- Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are browned.

ReplyDeleteI could have guessed and would have been right. Although, I think it might be pretty good even without the apples. However, putting the apples in automatically makes it a healthy dish right?
