Be sure to check out my earlier Walgreens post to find the monthly free after rebate deals!

A few things to remember with Walgreens -

  • Easy Saver Catalog is found in the front of the store with the ad, it is a small booklet that contains coupons & monthly rebate info.
  • Register Rewards are printed at the register, after you have bought an item. These can be used like cash on your next purchase at Walgreens.
  • Register Rewards are considered a manufacturer coupon. Therefore, you must count that as a coupon, and not have more manufacturer coupons than items you are purchasing.
  • The coupons found in the ad & in the Easy Saver catalog are store coupons, so you can "stack" them with manufacturer coupons.
  • How you present your coupons can save you a few extra dollars - at Walgreens, the best way to do it - first give them any Register Rewards you are using, then manufacturer coupons, then store coupons.
  • For your rebates, always have them put on your Walgreens gift card. Doing this gives you an extra 10% back! The first time you do this, it will take 4-6 weeks to get your gift card, after which they just reload the gift card you already have & it only takes a few days to get your rebate!
