4 garlic cloves, minced
3 TBS olive oil
3/4 C. chicken broth
1-1/2 tsp. basil
1-1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. heavy whipping cream
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Saute garlic in olive oil until tender, stir in broth, basil, oregano, salt & pepper.
- Bring to a boil & cook 8 minutes.
- Stir in cream & cook 8-10 minutes longer, or until reduced to about 1-1/4 C.
- Drain pasta & toss with sauce.
