Tasty Tuesday - Peanut Butter Cookies - only 3 ingredients!

I am not a fan of peanut butter cookies, but I absolutely LOVE these! They are super quick & simple to make & is a recipe that contains ingredients that I always have on hand.

1 C. peanut butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Cook at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
3. Be sure not to overcook, these really taste best slightly soft.
