Tasty Tuesday

Stuffed Shells

16 oz. Cottage Cheese
2 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz. Jumbo shells
your favorite marinara sauce

  1. Boil shells
  2. mix cottage, parmesan & 1 C. mozzarella cheeses & stuff into boiled shells
  3. Place half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  4. Place shells in pan
  5. Top shells with remaining marinara
  6. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes, covered.
  7. Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella cheese & bake uncovered until mozzarella is melted.
